Dawsonville Pest Pros is a Dawson County–based referral service. We're not a pest control operator. Instead, we vet and represent a small, hand-picked network of Georgia-licensed pest control providers — chosen for quality of work, discretion, and how they treat private clients. When you reach out, we match the request to the right provider based on the property, the issue, and availability. Pricing and treatment are set by the provider, not by us. There's no fee to homeowners — partner providers pay us a referral fee, which we disclose openly so there's no incentive to overpromise.

Who actually performs the pest control work?
A Georgia-licensed pest control operator from our partner network. They arrive in their own truck, carry their own state license number, and contract directly with you. Dawsonville Pest Pros is the matching service — we are not a pest control operator and do not apply pesticides ourselves.
Is there a fee for using your service?
No. Homeowners pay nothing to us. Pricing is set entirely by the partner provider — the same as it would be if you'd called them directly. Our compensation comes from the provider as a referral fee, which we disclose openly so there's no incentive to overpromise on their behalf.
How do you vet your partner providers?
Every provider in our network holds a current Georgia Department of Agriculture commercial pesticide applicator license, carries general liability and workers' compensation insurance, and meets our standards for quality of work, discretion, and how they treat private clients. We re-verify credentials annually and remove anyone who generates serious complaints.
Who will I be matched with?
Whichever partner is the right fit for the property, the issue, and current availability. Before they reach out to you, we'll tell you which provider you're being matched with — including their company name, license number, and how to verify it independently. You're free to accept the match, decline, or ask for a different one.
Can I work directly with the provider going forward?
Absolutely. Once the match is made, the relationship is between you and the provider. Many clients continue with the same partner on an ongoing maintenance basis with no further involvement from us. We don't take a cut of follow-on work.
How long does matching take?
Same day for routine requests. Within the hour for urgent issues like active wasp nests, hornet swarms, or visible rodent activity in living areas. After-hours requests are returned first thing the following morning.
Who sees the information I submit?
Our office and the single partner provider we match you with. We don't sell leads, run them through a bidding network, or send the same request to multiple companies. See our privacy policy for full details.
What if I'm not satisfied with the match?
Tell us. We'll re-route you to another partner at no charge and follow up to make sure the issue gets handled. We take complaints seriously — repeated issues with a partner result in removal from the network.
